Shipping Policy
The Green Interview makes information products available to purchasers immediately by download. Physical products are shipped from our premises to anywhere in the world within two business days by the cheapest available method, unless we are otherwise instructed by the customer.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be given. Prepaid subscriptions of more than one month may be cancelled at any time, and subscribers will receive full refunds for the unused portion of their subscription after the current month. Physical products such as DVDs and books may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase.
